I have some good ideas for a social networking site but I don’t have a whole lot of cash, and I have no idea how to do it myself. What can I expect to pay for someone to build it for me? Thanks in advance!

Very quickly, a website with lots of subscribers costs more to run than it did to build. You must think of a way for the website to pay for itself somehow. Write your ideas into a business plan describing how this will happen and what the website will do, and then look for an investor to provide venture capital.

The investor will get a good share of the money from the website, but you will be able to pay for the talent needed to develop and operate a really attractive service, and hopefully have some money left over, so you can buy sodas, tee shirts and RFID badges for everyone.

I’ve been offered a position at Primerica and it seems like a fairly well-rounded company, but I dunno, it’s seems like a gamble. I have no car, and I just moved to a new city and my network of people is fairly non-existant, I also am short on cash. In this current situation, do you think it’s a good idea to sign on with them? I also want to know how high the success rate is?

Primerica is a business opportunity. If you live in a major city such as New York City, you can succeed. Just that it will be a hassle getting from place to place. If you don’t live in a major city, hopefully whoever wants to recruit you will drive you to places. I know some people who really have no market to work with, but they have a strong work ethic. They eventually became Regional Vice Presidents. One of them told me that they immediately got their license and went out to prospect for people wherever they go. He work every single day. From clients he see, he will get referrals from them. If you join Primerica, you should think that your business is open 24/7. When your outside shopping or browsing stuff or walking down the street, you should prospect at the same time. You should ask your upline on how to prospect.

As for success rate, I really don’t know. Primerica recruits tens of thousands of people every month. This is what investors want to see because every investor know that when a company grows its sales force, the company will earn more money. One investment company, Warbus Pincus has put a bid to buy $230 million worth of shares from Primerica. Primerica is not a public company yet, but it will in the coming weeks under stock symbol "PRI".

Anyway, many who join Primerica don’t have the mindset of building a business and many will quit within their first month. When the going get tough or things get uncomfortable, many will run away from it. But there are people who will stay and have every intention to make this business work. I can tell you this, there are more successful people in Primerica than any other financial company in the world with over 2000 people earning 6 figures and over 60 people earning 7 figures. There are also over 10,000 people earning $50k to $99,999. The company has paid nearly $800 million in commissions to the sales force and have a goal to pay out billion.

If you worry about income, you can job somewhere (if you can find one) and work on your Primerica business on a part-time basis.

I have a existing yahoo Account A, then I saw in the email option that I am able to add a second email (as work or as play for account A) but when I click on the link. I was directed to a sign up page when I created a new Account B, and I thought it will link it back to the Account A. But it was not possible?

Now that I have 2 yahoo account, 1 is for work another is for other purposes, how can I link it together?

Thanks

Good question… I’m trying to figure out the same thing!

I am considering working for Acceptance Capitol in Spokane Washington and wanted to know if there is anyone who has/does work for them and can give me insight on what the success rate/salary/turnover rate of working for this company in this specific location is? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Less than 10%. There are too many originators in every city. The only way you can guarantee that you will be one of the 10% is to refuse to accept any salary or "draw" against future commissions. If they don’t have to pay you, they will never lay you off. You can continue until you get discovered by the real estate community. It usually takes 2-3 years until you have a stable income.

If they pay you a salary, they will fire you if you don’t produce 5 loans per month. That is almost impossible for a new person to accomplish.
