China 2007: The Property Revolution

After joining the world trade Organization in 2001, China is taking steps to become a great Capitalist country.

March of 2007 is to be remembered as the Great Revolution turning point for China to become a fully capitalistic country. China’s Authorities declared legal individual property, which is a great step ahead for China’s economy which was based for decades on collective or public property.

Even though rural areas are under the old property legal system, the fact that the National Popular Assembly  voted almost unanimously the Law of private property, indicates that China is becoming more integrated into capitalism and into the Global Economy.

Prime minister Wen Jiabao explains the “great jump” as a way to change from the days of instability and lack of productivity, into a new order where quality products and high levels of productivity are mandatory.

One of the reasons to approve the Law of Private property is the financial situation of state owned companies and the sagging contribution to employment which has become a great concern for China’s central government.

Since 1978 the government of the People’s Republic  of China is reforming its economy from a Soviet style centrally planned economy, to a market oriented economy withing the political framework of the Communist Party Of China.

Economic changes are helping to bring down the poverty levels, from 53% in 1981, to less than 8% nowadays. However, Chinese prosperity is still concentrated in the coastal and southern provinces, while efforts are being made to expand the prosperity to the inner provinces and the industrial northeast.

Foreign trade and investment are helping increasing levels of income, consumption  and productivity. The government is focusing on foreign trade as a way to promote economic growth.

China’s growth is so strong, that it is the first in the consumption of aluminum, steel, copper and coal and the second biggest consumer of oil in the world. With a cheap labor force of more than 800 million workers, China’s economic  potential  is huge. While western auto industry is in trouble, China´s auto industry is growing steadily to become the largest auto maker in the world.

Compared with developed countries, China lags behind in areas of science, technology, management, ecological environment protection, educational quality and organizational levels.

Joining the world Trade Organization is paying off for China’s economic growth, as foreign direct investment is surging.

With economy growing at rates over 10%, and exports growing at a steady pace, the future is promising for the new member of the Capitalistic Club.

Even though there are many countries feeling threatened by China, we have to admit that there is a new great door to opportunity being opened to industrial and trade investors around the world.

Amazon.com, the world’s largest online retailer with nearly $15 billion in annual sales in 2007, is one of the iconic companies of the Internet era.

Amazon has recently expanded its business in several dimensions. It addition to selling physical media like CDs, DVDs and books, it sells digital copies of these products as well. Amazon Unbox, which lets customers download movies and TV shows to their computers and certain TiVo boxes, opened in the fall of 2006. To change reality we have to change our thoughts and believes. Limiting believes are the source of poor standards of living. We are heirs to a Great and Rich Dad who is ready to bestow on us all the blessings we are capable of accepting and shaping in our own minds.

However, our Rich Dad is not fond of lazy sons and daughters, so He gave us the power to build whatever we are capable of building in our wildest dreams.And He gave us the ability to discover ancient and new knowledge which is there to help us shape the reality we want for us and humanity.

Online, the power, knowledge and determination to build a better reality is showcased in that first virtual property we call a website.That first virtual property should be compelling enough that people who visit us there are able to feel the power of our thoughts and convictions, in such a way that they trust our message and the services and products we use to build a better life style for them and us.

Impossible should be out of our mind. There are simple and more elaborated realities, but there is not such a thing we could think as impossible.As stated by Napoleon Hill, if we can think of it and believe, we can shape into reality.

Making money with websites is harder than people make it out to be. When you first start out you will find that it is way harder than you thought. Trust me.

People think that they can throw up some piece of crap affiliate site and the money starts rolling in. That is not even close to reality.

Nonetheless, if you take the time and you are persistent enough, you might actually figure out what you are doing. The days of making a killing overnight with Adsense or Yahoo ads are gone though except for the top 1% of internet marketers.

Now it takes a lot more work and the right research to be able to do that. Again, that takes time to learn and most people will give up before they get there.

Don’t bother with it unless you are really serious about it. If you aren’t serious about it and willing to do many hours of work then it is not for you.

I know the idea of a free blog site is nice but why would you do it? You’re going to put in a lot of work and time into getting your blog known. Who does that really benefit? Not you. You don’t own the domain.

Even worse. What if you put a link up that points to a site that sells something. Maybe something you make a little money off of. Did you know the site OWNERS can pull your blog content off their site and there is nothing you can do about it?

None of it makes sense. Why do you think they let you put it on their site for free? Because their kind people who don’t want money?

I would honestly rethink the free blog thing. You can get a domain for about $10 per YEAR. You can also get hosting for less that $5 per month. That means you forgo just ONE Cafe Latte at Starbucks every month.
